I’m a Yin Yoga Teacher and Trainer, a Reiki Master and Moon Mother. I’m 500 hour YA certified (which means I’ve taught and studied for YEARS) and have made it my mission to help you create more space for the things you love while you get rid of what doesn’t serve you.
I’m an advocate of women's rights, human rights, early mornings, the importance of community and the practice of listening to what your body needs above all else.
