Sam Murray, RYT® 200

A busy bee with a deep passion for fitness and wellness! Working full-time as a recruiter for a national fitness company, it is important to Sam to find a balance in this fast paced life and help others achieve that as well.

Walking her pup, being outside, enjoying coffee, yoga, meditation, faith and self reflection are staples to Sam’s life!

Natalie Hunt, RYT® 200

When she’s not getting creative in the kitchen, and growing NatPacks, she is teaching live cooking classes, practicing Yoga, enjoying HITT workouts, exploring, traveling, co-hosting retreats and diving deeper into wellness with the intention of helping people have healthy and happy lives.

She enjoys early mornings, sunsets, playing in the garden, any kind of live music, and all activities around water.

Alexandra Ann

RYT® 500, YACEP®

The lead facilitator of Yin Yoga Trainings, a Reiki Master and Moon Mother, Alex focuses on creating less stress. She lives in Atlanta with her partner and fellow yoga teacher, Zach and is the mother of a ferocious corgi puppy named Mosby.

When she's not on her mat you can find her researching how to raise chickens in the city, drinking black coffee in the mornings, bourbon in the evenings and planning future travel and retreats out of the country. She's an advocate of women's rights, human rights, early mornings, the importance of community and the practice of listening to what your body needs above all else.
